  川藏茶马古道主要有很多分支,一是从雅安出发,到东南亚,其中一部分和滇藏茶马古道重合;第二个分支是通过雅安到泸定、康定、到西藏到尼泊尔、到印度,其中主持人比较熟悉的“跑马溜溜山上”那首《康定情歌》,我们考证了,这个跟我们茶马古道有关,跟藏茶运输有关;还有我们四川北上到甘肃的藏区。但是我们常常忘了在贯穿四川和云南两个省的南方丝绸之路,这个丝绸之路和北方的丝绸之路一样,也是光芒四射的,南方丝绸之路就跟我们的两条古道有关,我们四川南边的茶马古道是南丝绸之路的起点,也是南丝绸之路重要组成部分,而北边的蜀道正好是连接西安到西域的北方丝绸之路,和南边成都出发到东南亚的南方丝绸之路连接的大通道,所以我认为四川的两个古道,蜀道和茶马古道在“一带一路”中具有特殊的历史人文价值和历史地位。

刚才讲的一个是区位优势、一个是资源优势、一个是产业基础、一个是城市精神,有这四个优势,当然其他的也还有,我们六盘水下一步转型发展就有了坚实的基础。
